REFUND POLICY
At ABOVE THE STANDARD LAWNCARE AND PRESSURE WASHING SERVICE LLC we are committed to providing quality residential remodeling services and maintaining clear, fair communication with our customers.
Because remodeling projects involve customized labor, scheduling, materials, and services performed specifically for each customer, refunds are handled according to the terms of the individual project agreement.
## 1. DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS
Any deposit or initial payment will be applied toward the services, labor, materials, and other costs associated with your project.
Deposits may be non-refundable when work has been scheduled, materials have been ordered, or other project-related expenses have already been incurred, as permitted by applicable law and the applicable project agreement.
## 2. CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel a project, please contact us as soon as possible.
Any refund or amount due following cancellation will be determined based on:
* Work already completed
* Materials purchased or ordered
* Labor or subcontractor costs incurred
* Project preparation and scheduling costs
* The terms of the signed project agreement
## 3. COMPLETED SERVICES
Payments for labor or services that have already been completed are generally not refundable.
If you believe work was not completed according to the agreed scope of work, please contact us promptly so we can review the concern and determine an appropriate resolution.
## 4. MATERIALS
Materials purchased specifically for a project may be subject to supplier return policies, restocking fees, or other charges. Any refund relating to returned materials will be handled after applicable supplier costs have been determined.
## 5. PROJECT CHANGES
Changes to the scope of work may result in additional charges or adjustments to the project price. Any significant changes should be agreed upon before additional work is performed whenever reasonably possible.
## 6. REQUESTING A REFUND OR RESOLUTION
To request a refund or discuss a billing concern, please contact us with:
* Your name
* Project information
* Date of payment
* Amount paid
* Reason for the request
We will review the request and respond within a reasonable period.
## 7. PROJECT AGREEMENTS
If the terms of a signed contract, estimate, proposal, or other written agreement differ from this general Refund Policy, the applicable project agreement will govern to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
